The Internet of Things has the promise to be immensely disruptive across many industry sectors and requires a hugely diverse set of disciplines and skill sets. This event is a great way to see IoT first hand!

Join us for a fascinating evening as the graduate students demo their innovations in the IoT space. The topics of their work includes:

  • Indoor Navigation with Raspberry Pi
  • Smart IV Insulin Infusion System
  • Video Surveillance and Detection of Key Objects using Cloud Connectivity
  • Smart Self-Adaptive Air Conditioner
  • The “Up and Down” Golf Putting Aid
  • Digital Security for the Internet of Things
Student projects have been generously supported by Broadcom Corporation donations of equipment and tools.
2015 demo night is co-sponsored by IoT Central Meetup group, Atmel, and wot.io.

IoT Central’s mission is to inspire, engage, and connect entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and enthusiasts worldwide who are active in the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT Central is the organizer of New York City’s Internet of Things meetup which has grown to over 2,500 members in just over one year.
